If you want to modify an order, you can do so from My Orders tab by selecting the confirmed order that you want to change.
You are able to cancel or modify your confirmed orders until the date and time indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
In case you try to modify an order and the option is no longer available, it is because the available time to make modifications has already passed. This is because we are already preparing or shipping your order and no changes can be made.
