If something comes up and you're not going to be at the place of delivery, please let us know in advance.
To do so, contact us via chat by clicking “Start chat” in the Help tab or calling the toll-free Mercadona customer support number 800 500 220 and selecting option 2 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday. If your order has not yet been prepared, you can modify the time and/or the delivery date yourself from My Orders > selecting the Order > Delivery > Edit
If the delivery van reaches the indicated address and the order cannot be delivered, we will contact you through the phone number provided in your order. If we are not able to deliver your order on the scheduled day, unfortunately, it would be cancelled.
