We have a fleet of trucks with 3 temperature compartments, so non-refrigerated products are transported separately from the fresh and frozen foods that are kept at +5 and -22 degrees, respectively. The people that prepare and deliver your order are Mercadona employees that know how to best treat your products. This way, we can ensure that the cold chain is not broken during transport to your home.
