Is there a maximum number of products that can be purchased? – FAQ

Unit limit: In general, you can add up to 999 units of the same product. However, certain items that require preparation (such as hand-carved ham) have a lower maximum quantity.
Water limit: You can include up to 100 litres of water per order. If you exceed this amount, you will be notified automatically while shopping.
Order size: If your order is too large in volume to fit in the lorry, the system will notify you when you try to confirm your purchase with an 'Order too large' message. To proceed, you will need to reduce the quantity of products based on their temperature storage category (ambient, refrigerated and/or frozen). We recommend removing the bulkiest items or, if you need all the units, placing more than one order.
