To cancel an order that is in progress or confirmed, you must log in to My Orders tab, select the one that you want to cancel and click "Cancel Order".
You are able to cancel or modify your confirmed orders until the day before of the selected delivery date until 8:00 p.m.
If you do not see the "Cancel Order” option, it means that we are already preparing or delivering it and therefore it cannot be reversed by yourself in the platform. Please contact us as soon as possible via our chat by clicking “Start chat” in the Help tab or calling the toll-free Mercadona customer support number 900 500 103 and select option 1, so we can respond as soon as possible. We are available to answer 365 days a year from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
