While your order is in progress, you can cancel it from My Orders > Go to the Confirmed order > "Cancel Order".
In these cases, the order will not be charged, since payment is not collected until the order has been fully prepared. In certain cases, if the order has already been prepared and is cancelled due to a payment issue, the preparation fees of €8.20 will apply. If this is the case for you, you will see the corresponding information in your order.
