You can add a credit card in "Account > Payment Methods > Add"
You will have to authorize 0€ with your bank and go back to the Mercadona website or app.
If we could not save the card after authorising:
- Check that your card can be used for online purchases.
- Make sure you are the cardholder to receive the notification from your bank.
- Follow all the steps indicated by your bank.
Try again:
- Add the same card through “Account > Payment methods > Add”.
- Enter a new payment method.
- Try with another device.
If the problem persists, we recommend contacting your bank.
