You can modify the payment method if the order status is Confirmed, that means, until we start preparing the order. To do so, access your current order from My Orders, find and click the corresponding one and then "Edit” the credit card.
In this way, you will be able to modify the associated card to this order and subsequent orders will use the data you have provided.
If the order is already "In Preparation", please contact us via chat or calling the toll-free Mercadona customer support number 800 500 220 so that we can check if you can still modify it.
