You can change the payment method for an order if its status is Confirmed, i.e. until we start processing it. To do this, you can access your current order from My Orders, search for and click on the corresponding order, and then "Edit" the payment method.
This will allow you to change the payment method associated with the order and the information provided will be used for subsequent orders.
If the order is already "In Preparation," please contact us via chat or the freephone Mercadona customer service phone number, 800 500 220, to check whether it can still be changed.
