If you have received your order and a product is missing, first of all, we apologize. Additionally, we would ask you to check the delivery receipt. You can always check it and download it from My Orders.
If the product you did not receive shows up as “not delivered”, then you have not been charged for it, and you do not have to do anything further. It is not a frequent occurrence, but it is likely that we did not have that product in stock when we were preparing your order.
However, if the product you are missing is marked as delivered, and therefore you have been charged for it, please contact us via chat by clicking “Open chat” in the Help tab or call the toll-free Mercadona customer support number 800 500 220 and select option 2 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
