You can make a return in two ways:
- On the one hand, at the time of delivery of the order you can tell the delivery staff, so they can take back the product you would like to return and order the refund.
- On the other hand, you can return products in store, by coming to your nearest supermarket with the receipt.
The refund will be processed to the same payment method you specified when you placed the order. Returns are free of charge.
You can return all products except those that are not eligible for return due to various reasons such as: They have been processed in compliance with the indications described explicitly in the title of the product, products that are fresh or have an expiration date that is less than or equal to the date on which the return process is initiated, as well as products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken and that, for reasons of hygiene or health, may not be admissible for return.
