Exceptionally and due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, returns will not be accepted due to hygiene or health protection reasons.
Under normal conditions, you can make a return in two ways:
- On the one hand, at the time of delivery you can tell the driver to take the product you want to return and he will order the corresponding refund.
- On the other hand, you can return the product in the store by going to your closest supermarket with the purchase ticket.
All products can be returned except those that are not eligible for the return due to various reasons such as: They have been processed in compliance with the indications expressly described in the title of the product, fresh products or products with an expiry date less than or equal to the date of the return, as well as products that for reasons of hygiene or health (includes situations such as the coronavirus COVID-19) cannot accept their return, such as unsealed products.
The refund is made through the same means of payment that you provide when ordering and the return is free.
